TITLE VI CIVIL RIGHTS ACT

Marble Valley Regional Transit District (MVRTD) operates its programs and services without regard to race, color and national origin as stipulated in the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  If you feel you have been discriminated against based on your race, color or national origin, you may file a complaint with MVRTD’s Title VI Coordinator, Jennifer Ellis, (802) 773-3244 #116, Jen@thebus.com or click on the complaint form link below. You will receive a written confirmation of your ADA or Title VI complaint from Marble Valley Regional Transit District (MVRTD)  within three (3) business days. Copies of ADA and Title VI Complaints will be retained for one (1) year and a summary will be retained for five (5) years.
